What a show! We had a full house and lots of names in Mr Coffee. Thank you all so much for coming out and supporting everyone who walked up to the mic.
I don’t have my notes with me today, and I want to get this info out as soon as possible, so I won’t be able to do my usual show wrap-up. The good news is that there are a bunch of great shows coming up for everyone who loves the kind of stories we tell at FGS.
You can see three of our tellers tomorrow at Unexpected Productions. They’ll tell stories, and then the UP improv team will do their take on what they just heard. It’s a great twist on storytelling, and I always love to see what part of each story the improv folks focus on. I’ll be co-hosting along with beloved UP producer Kent Whipple.

Finally, if you saw Emily Pitts bring the house down at our show last week, you’ll want to catch her full show at the Umbrella Fringe Festival in Kirkland this Saturday. It’s the show she just did this summer at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, except you won’t need a passport or an Uber to SeaTac to see it.
There are a ton of cool acts at the Umbrella Festival next weekend, but Emily will be the coolest. Attendance is limited so get there early.
